Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute comprehensive audit fieldwork for diverse client portfolios.
- Ensure all audit procedures comply with relevant international and local accounting standards.
- Review financial statements, internal controls, and operational processes to identify risks.
- Prepare and maintain accurate audit documentation, working papers, and management letters.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to resolve complex audit issues.
- Mentor junior staff members and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting the audit practice.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in auditing, preferably with Irish qualifications.
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACA, or ACCA is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
