Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute full-cycle audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries.
- Perform detailed analytical reviews and evaluate the effectiveness of client internal control systems.
- Manage engagement timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of audit reports.
- Supervise, review, and mentor junior audit associates, providing on-the-job training and constructive feedback.
- Prepare and review complex financial statements in compliance with MFRS and relevant legal requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing audit queries and providing proactive business insights.
- Coordinate with internal specialists, including tax and valuation teams, to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, or equivalent) or currently pursuing.
- Minimum 3-5 years of audit experience within a reputable accounting firm.
- Strong understanding of International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS).
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in audit software and MS Office (Excel advanced proficiency is highly preferred).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
