Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute financial statement audits for a diverse range of client industries.
- Supervise, mentor, and review the work of junior audit associates, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines.
- Identify and analyze accounting and auditing issues, providing practical solutions and recommendations.
- Prepare comprehensive audit documentation and reports for review by Managers and Partners.
- Coordinate fieldwork activities, including planning, testing, and engagement completion.
- Communicate effectively with client management to resolve audit findings and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, MFRS, and internal firm quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualification (e.g., MIA, ACCA, CPA, ICAEW) is highly preferred or in progress.
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in an external audit role within a reputable accounting firm.
- Strong technical knowledge of MFRS, MPERS, and the Companies Act 2016.
- Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Malay.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a team-player mindset and leadership potential.
