Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute comprehensive financial audits for a diverse portfolio of Singapore-based clients.
- Manage end-to-end audit engagements, including planning, fieldwork, and completion.
- Ensure all audit procedures comply with FRS and other relevant regulatory requirements.
- Review financial statements and audit working papers prepared by audit associates for accuracy and compliance.
- Identify internal control weaknesses and provide professional recommendations to management.
- Coordinate closely with clients, tax authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless audit delivery.
- Mentor and supervise junior team members to foster a culture of professional excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Professional Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA, CPA, MICPA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 3-5 years of audit experience, preferably with exposure to Singapore accounting standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple audit assignments simultaneously within strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Proficiency in audit software and MS Office Suite (particularly Excel).
