CAS Malaysia is seeking a motivated and experienced Audit Senior/Semi Senior to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our audit department, you will be responsible for leading complex audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients. Your role will involve supervising junior staff, reviewing workpapers, and ensuring that all financial statements are prepared in accordance with local and international financial reporting standards. You will play a crucial part in identifying risks and control deficiencies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality assurance services. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the execution of audit fieldwork for corporate clients across various industries.
- Supervise, mentor, and review the work of junior audit staff to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Perform detailed testing on financial records and ensure adherence to MASB and IFRS standards.
- Identify material misstatements, control weaknesses, and operational risks within client operations.
- Liaise with client management to gather documentation, clarify accounting queries, and facilitate the audit process.
- Prepare comprehensive audit working papers and draft clear audit reports.
- Ensure all audit deliverables are submitted within agreed deadlines and quality benchmarks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional discipline.
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification (Part Qualified or Fully Qualified).
- Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in auditing or assurance services.
- Strong working knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MASB) and IFRS.
- Proficient in the use of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel functions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with clients at various levels.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively.
- A valid driving license is an advantage due to client site visits.
