Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries.
- Perform detailed analytical review of financial statements and audit work papers.
- Ensure all audit procedures are conducted in accordance with approved auditing standards and firm methodologies.
- Supervise and mentor junior audit assistants to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Identify and communicate internal control weaknesses or financial risks to management.
- Coordinate effectively with clients to facilitate timely collection of information and resolution of audit findings.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports and financial statements for partner review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualification progress (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, or MIA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an external audit role.
- In-depth knowledge of MFRS, MPERS, and Companies Act 2016.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in audit software and MS Office (specifically Excel).
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
