Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive audits and financial reviews for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Prepare detailed audit working papers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to auditing standards.
- Assist in the planning and execution of fieldwork, including risk assessment and testing procedures.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations effectively to team members and clients.
- Ensure all client deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Mentor junior staff members and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Stay updated on relevant accounting standards, regulatory changes, and industry trends.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Relevant professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CIMA are highly preferred.
- Proven experience in auditing, ranging from Associate to Senior level.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a high-pressure team environment.
