Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive financial audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Analyze financial records and transactions to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, risk assessments, and improvement recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective internal controls and processes
- Perform substantive testing of account balances and transactional data for accuracy
- Assist in developing audit programs and methodologies aligned with industry standards
- Stay updated on evolving accounting regulations and best practices in auditing
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field
- CPA license preferred; candidates nearing CPA completion encouraged to apply
- 1-2 years of experience in auditing or accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and auditing principles
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
