Fortress Glass Supply, a leading provider of premium glass products and services in the Philippines, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Audit Staff to join our accounting team in Antipolo City, Rizal. This is a full-time opportunity offering a competitive salary range of ₱16,000 to ₱19,000 per month.
As an Audit Staff member, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the financial integrity of our operations. Your primary responsibilities will include examining financial records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. You will work closely with various departments to verify the accuracy of transactions, prepare audit reports, and recommend corrective actions. You will also assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, and participate in special projects as needed. This position is ideal for a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong foundation in accounting principles and auditing practices. The ideal applicant will possess a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in accounting software. Prior experience in auditing is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Professional certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) are highly desirable.

- Review and analyze financial records, transactions, and reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.
- Identify discrepancies, irregularities, and areas for improvement, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits and regulatory examinations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of audit procedures and guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in auditing (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and auditing standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work in Antipolo City, Rizal.
