Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular internal audits of financial statements and operational records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings to management with actionable recommendations.
- Verify the accuracy of financial transactions, inventory logs, and cash handling procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Monitor internal control systems to identify risks and suggest process improvements.
- Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits to provide necessary documentation.
- Ensure all accounting practices strictly adhere to BIR regulations and statutory financial standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or a related field (CPA license is a significant advantage).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in internal/external audit or general accounting.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar systems).
- Exceptional analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of Philippine Accounting Standards and tax compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical financial information clearly.
- Highly organized, ethical, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
