Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular audits of financial records and operational processes to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Verify transaction accuracy and cross-reference supporting documentation.
- Identify discrepancies or irregularities in financial data and report findings to the management team.
- Assist in the preparation of internal audit reports and documentation for management review.
- Monitor inventory and stock movements to prevent losses and ensure data integrity.
- Maintain organized and secure filing systems for all audit-related documents.
- Support the accounting department during month-end closing procedures and annual audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related business course.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous internship or work experience in auditing is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot numerical discrepancies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and professional ethics.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be willing to work in Mandaue City, Cebu.
