Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular internal audits of financial records, inventory, and operational processes.
- Examine and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of existing internal control systems.
- Conduct site visits to verify compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with practical recommendations for management improvement.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with BIR regulations and local government financial requirements.
- Collaborate with department heads to resolve audit findings and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of audit evidence and findings for future reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in internal or external auditing; fresh graduates with strong academic performance are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Keen attention to detail and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective reporting.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit high professional integrity.
- Capacity to work independently and manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines.
