Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive field audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Prepare and analyze detailed audit workpapers, including financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Ensure strict compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Assess internal control frameworks and recommend improvements to mitigate financial risks.
- Communicate audit findings and actionable recommendations clearly to management and clients.
- Assist in the preparation of statutory reports and year-end audit schedules.
- Perform detailed reconciliations of bank accounts, general ledger accounts, and inventory.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field.
- CPA licensure or currently in the process of reviewing for the CPA board exams is highly preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in auditing or accounting is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced Excel functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
