This critical role ensures the accuracy of our inventory systems through systematic stock audits, reconciliation processes, and control implementation. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive stock audits to verify physical inventory against system records
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through detailed analysis and reconciliation
- Implement and maintain robust inventory control procedures and documentation systems
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and corrective action plans
- Collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams to optimize stock levels and reduce waste
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements for inventory management
- Monitor inventory turnover rates and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Train staff on proper inventory handling and documentation procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in stock auditing or inventory control
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Experience with inventory reconciliation processes and variance analysis
- Knowledge of inventory control methodologies and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and report writing skills
- Familiarity with ISO or other quality management systems
