L' Fisher Hotel, a premier hospitality destination in the heart of Bacolod City, is seeking a highly motivated Audit Supervisor to join our finance team. As a key leader within the organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the internal audit function, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial information, and safeguarding assets against fraud and mismanagement. You will lead a team of auditors in planning and executing risk-based audits, reviewing operational processes, and recommending enhancements to internal controls. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of auditing standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute comprehensive financial and operational audits across all hotel departments.
- Develop and implement risk-based audit plans and procedures.
- Review and evaluate internal controls, financial statements, and compliance with policies.
- Mentor, train, and supervise audit staff, promoting professional growth.
- Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and present recommendations to management.
- Monitor corrective actions and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to strengthen governance and risk management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CIA certification highly preferred.
- At least 3–5 years of audit experience; experience in hospitality or service industry is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, risk assessment, and internal control frameworks.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
- High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
