Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee end-to-end audit engagements, ensuring compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.
- Supervise, train, and mentor junior audit staff to ensure high-quality output and team development.
- Review financial reports and documentation to identify risks, discrepancies, and areas for process improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports summarizing findings and providing actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Coordinate with different departments to facilitate smooth audit workflows and gather necessary evidence.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local tax laws, financial regulations, and industry-specific compliance requirements.
- Support internal control assessments and suggest measures to enhance organizational financial security.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (CPA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in audit, assurance, or financial accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and BIR regulations.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
