- Supervise and coordinate inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Oversee SAP postings to maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity
- Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices
- Lead and develop audit plans, methodologies, and procedures for various audit assignments
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies, risks, and areas for improvement
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports with clear findings, recommendations, and action plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in audit, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of SAP and other accounting software systems
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing audit teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
