In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the financial integrity of our diverse portfolio of clients.
As an Audit Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading field audit engagements, ensuring that all financial reporting complies with the latest statutory requirements and internal standards. You will act as a mentor to junior staff, reviewing their work to ensure precision while managing project timelines to meet critical client deadlines. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and lead audit engagements for a wide range of corporate clients.
- Review financial statements, tax computations, and audit working papers to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Supervise, train, and mentor junior audit staff to promote team growth and technical proficiency.
- Identify internal control weaknesses and provide value-added recommendations to clients.
- Manage audit project workflows to ensure assignments are completed within established budgets and timelines.
- Liaise directly with clients to resolve complex accounting queries and facilitate smooth audit processes.
- Stay updated with the latest changes in financial reporting standards (MFRS/MPERS) and statutory regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, MICPA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in external or internal auditing.
- Strong technical knowledge of MFRS, MPERS, and Malaysian Income Tax Act.
- Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and audit software applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Analytical thinker with high attention to detail and strong ethical standards.
