Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion for various SME and mid-market clients.
- Supervise, mentor, and review the work of junior audit associates to ensure high-quality output and adherence to professional standards.
- Coordinate fieldwork, manage client relationships, and act as the primary point of contact during the audit process.
- Identify internal control weaknesses and provide value-added recommendations to clients for operational improvement.
- Ensure compliance with MFRS/IFRS and local statutory requirements.
- Prepare and review financial statements, audit reports, and management letters.
- Participate in and lead cross-border audit assignments as required by our international network.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, MICPA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in external audit, preferably within a public accounting firm.
- Strong technical knowledge of MFRS, MPERS, and Companies Act 2016.
- Proven ability to supervise a team and manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
- Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
