- Lead and coordinate internal audit teams for comprehensive stock verification processes
- Ensure reconciliation of physical inventory with financial records and digital databases
- Develop and implement audit procedures to maintain inventory accuracy and compliance
- Analyze audit findings and recommend corrective actions for operational improvements
- Collaborate with warehouse, retail, and finance teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management
- Train staff on inventory management protocols and audit best practices
- Monitor adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal audit or inventory control
- Strong knowledge of retail operations and inventory management systems
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective leadership and team management abilities
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or related certification preferred
- Experience in retail/consumer products industry highly desirable
