Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and supervise internal/external audits across multiple business units
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and industry-specific regulatory requirements
- Lead audit teams in identifying control weaknesses, fraud risks, and process inefficiencies
- Develop comprehensive audit programs and methodologies aligned with organizational goals
- Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations for management
- Monitor implementation of corrective actions and track audit progress
- Collaborate with finance teams to strengthen internal controls and risk management frameworks
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA required)
- Minimum 5 years of audit experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Expert knowledge of auditing standards, SOX compliance, and risk assessment methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Experience leading cross-functional audit teams and mentoring junior auditors
- Proficiency in audit software (e.g., ACL, TeamMate) and ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to executive leadership
