Tanggung Jawab
- Assist audit teams in conducting statutory audits and field work for small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs).
- Support the preparation of audit working papers, lead schedules, and supporting documentation.
- Help draft financial statements in compliance with Malaysian Private Entities Reporting Standards (MPERS) and MFRS.
- Assist in preparing corporate and individual tax computations and draft tax returns.
- Liaise directly with clients to retrieve necessary financial documents and clarify minor queries.
- Perform administrative duties related to official audit and tax filings with LHDN and SSM.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW).
- Solid foundational understanding of basic accounting principles, auditing concepts, and Malaysian tax laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with an advanced grasp of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach to learning and a strong sense of teamwork.
- Available for a continuous internship period of 3 to 6 months.
