Wh'stle Top Bar, Inc is looking for a meticulous and analytical Auditor to join our growing team in General Santos City, South Cotabato. In this key role, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of conducting comprehensive operational and inventory audits to safeguard our assets and ensure the accuracy of our financial reporting. We are seeking a professional who is deeply committed to maintaining regulatory compliance and identifying potential risks before they become issues.
As an Auditor at Wh'stle Top Bar, Inc, you will serve as a critical internal control mechanism. Your ability to spot discrepancies and prepare clear, actionable audit reports will directly contribute to our operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular operational and inventory audits to verify stock levels and operational processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, accounting standards, and industry regulations.
- Identify, investigate, and document financial discrepancies or irregularities.
- Prepare detailed, accurate, and timely audit reports for executive review.
- Provide recommendations for corrective actions to improve control environments.
- Collaborate with department managers to resolve audit findings and implement best practices.
- Maintain organized audit trails and comprehensive documentation of all audit activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in auditing, internal control, or accounting.
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems and auditing methodologies.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for report preparation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple audit tasks within strict deadlines.
