Centro Supersales is currently seeking an Auditor for Accounts Payable (Trade) to join our dynamic finance team in Maramag, Bukidnon. In this role, you will be the gatekeeper of our trade disbursements, ensuring that every transaction is accurate, compliant with company policies, and optimized for operational excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough audits of trade-related accounts payable invoices to ensure accuracy and legitimacy.
- Verify compliance with internal financial controls and procurement policies before disbursement.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports identifying potential process improvements or irregularities.
- Collaborate with the purchasing and logistics departments to validate delivery documentation.
- Monitor and track payment schedules to optimize cash flow and prevent late fees.
- Maintain well-organized, digital, and physical records for internal and external audit purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related business field.
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable, Audit, or General Accounting roles (Fresh graduates with strong academic background are encouraged to apply).
- Exceptional attention to detail and high level of mathematical accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (ERP experience is a strong advantage).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle confidential data.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict reporting deadlines.
