As a Corporate Monitoring Officer, you will serve as a guardian of institutional standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular internal audits and monitoring activities across various departments and chapters.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend actionable process improvements.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports for management to ensure organizational transparency.
- Monitor compliance with institutional policies, humanitarian standards, and government regulations.
- Perform regular field visits and site inspections to verify operational data and reporting accuracy.
- Assist in the development of audit programs and monitoring frameworks to streamline internal workflows.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure audit findings are addressed and corrective actions are implemented promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Internal Auditing, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in internal/external auditing, compliance, or financial monitoring.
- Strong analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and audit management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective reporting and stakeholder coordination.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high ethical standards.
- Willingness to travel to various PRC locations or chapters as required for field audits.
- Prior experience in the non-profit sector or humanitarian organization is an advantage.
