Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise the comprehensive conduct of regulatory audits to assess the compliance of Trading Participants (TPs) with the Securities Laws.
- Review and analyze financial statements, internal control systems, and operational processes to identify risks and areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed, evidence-based audit reports and findings for management and regulatory bodies.
- Conduct interviews and gather documentation from TP personnel to verify adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Monitor updates in securities regulations and advise the organization on necessary compliance adjustments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop corrective action plans and ensure remediation of identified compliance gaps.
- Ensure all audit activities are conducted in accordance with professional auditing standards and the company's internal policies.
Kualifikasi
- Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a valid license to practice in the Philippines.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in auditing, specifically within the financial services, securities, or banking sectors.
- Strong working knowledge of the Philippine Securities Regulation Code (SRC) and other relevant financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced regulatory environment.
