Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive on-site Halal audits of production facilities and supply chains
- Verify ingredient sourcing, handling procedures, and manufacturing processes for Halal compliance
- Review and evaluate documentation including Halal certificates, supplier declarations, and quality control systems
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, corrective actions, and compliance recommendations
- Provide guidance to clients on implementing Halal best practices and process improvements
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory updates to ensure audit methodologies remain current
- Collaborate with certification bodies to maintain audit standards and documentation integrity
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Islamic Studies, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Certification in Halal auditing from recognized institutions (MUI/ESQ certification required)
- Minimum 2 years experience in quality control, food safety, or Halal compliance
- Deep understanding of Halal principles, Shariah requirements, and international Halal standards
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex technical documentation
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to travel to various locations within Riau region for on-site audits
- Professional demeanor with commitment to ethical conduct and religious sensitivity
