Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular, systematic audits of business units to ensure full compliance with Halal Assurance System (HAS) standards.
- Review and verify all procurement, storage, and processing documentation to prevent cross-contamination or non-halal inputs.
- Conduct on-site inspections of production facilities and supply chains to monitor adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports, detailing findings, corrective actions, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate training sessions for employees regarding Halal awareness and procedural compliance.
- Liaise with relevant Halal certifying authorities (BPJPH/MUI) for certification renewal and documentation audits.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Halal internal audit team’s activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Islamic Studies, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
- Must hold a valid and current Auditor Halal certificate recognized by BPJPH/MUI.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control, auditing, or food safety management.
- Strong understanding of SJPH (Sistem Jaminan Produk Halal) regulations and national standards.
- High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internal auditing software.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high productivity in a part-time capacity.
