ESQ Group is currently seeking a detail-oriented and integrity-driven Auditor Halal to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring that products, processes, and service systems align with BPJPH and MUI standards. You will be responsible for conducting rigorous audits, evaluating supply chains, and providing technical guidance to ensure full compliance with Halal Assurance Systems (HAS). Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site audits of client facilities to evaluate compliance with Halal Assurance System (HAS) requirements.
- Review production documents, raw material specifications, and facility hygiene practices to ensure Halal integrity.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and provide actionable recommendations for process improvements.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve non-compliance issues identified during the audit process.
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of corrective actions following audit findings.
- Stay updated with the latest regulations from BPJPH, LPPOM MUI, and other relevant governing bodies.
- Provide training and technical assistance to clients regarding Halal documentation and certification procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Biology, or a related field.
- Possess a valid Halal Auditor certification (Penyelia Halal) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Halal auditing.
- Deep understanding of the Halal Assurance System (HAS) and related regulatory frameworks in Indonesia.
- Strong analytical, observational, and communication skills, with a high level of professional integrity.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to travel for audit assignments and maintain a flexible schedule.
