Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using Xero accounting software
- Process accounts payable and receivable for Australian clients
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthly
- Prepare and submit Business Activity Statements (BAS) and other required tax documents
- Generate financial reports including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Assist with payroll processing and superannuation contributions
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making
- Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards and tax regulations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a bookkeeper, preferably with Australian clients
- Proficiency in Xero accounting software and other bookkeeping tools
- Strong understanding of Australian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms and digital tools
