Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end full-cycle accounting process, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Utilize Odoo (Accounting Module) to record daily transactions, manage invoices, and perform bank reconciliations.
- Process monthly payroll and ensure all statutory compliance requirements for the Australian entity are met.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
- Ensure strict adherence to Australian Accounting Standards (AASB) and internal financial policies.
- Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for improving financial systems and workflows.
- Perform monthly fixed asset tracking and depreciation calculations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting, preferably within a remote or international setting.
- Strong proficiency in Odoo (specifically the accounting module) is highly required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Australian GAAP/AASB is highly desirable.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, for clear communication with Australian stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP).
- Experience with payroll systems and statutory filings.
- CPA, ACCA, or CA qualified (or equivalent) preferred.
