Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the administration, optimization, and ongoing support of the Odoo accounting system
- Manage financial processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Implement and enforce accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Australian standards
- Train and provide guidance to team members on Odoo functionality and best practices
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of financial data
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements
- Generate financial reports and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting management with Odoo ERP systems
- Proven experience with Australian accounting standards and regulations
- Strong knowledge of Odoo modules including Accounting, Invoicing, and Inventory
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience leading teams and managing financial operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other accounting software
- Strong communication skills with the ability to train and guide team members
