Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end lease administration, including preparation of tenancy agreements and renewals under NSW legislation.
- Process ingoing and outgoing inspections, ensuring all maintenance requests are tracked via Property Tree.
- Handle day-to-day communication with landlords and tenants, resolving queries regarding rent and maintenance.
- Oversee rent arrears management, utilizing Ailo for streamlined communication and payment tracking.
- Coordinate with contractors for property repairs and maintain comprehensive records of works completed.
- Ensure compliance with all state-specific property management regulations and agency policies.
- Prepare and distribute monthly owner statements and manage routine administrative reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in Australian Property Management.
- Deep working knowledge of New South Wales (NSW) property legislation and compliance requirements.
- Advanced proficiency in Property Tree (MRI Software) is non-negotiable.
- Experience using Ailo for tenant and owner communication.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage high-volume administrative tasks.
- Strong attention to detail, specifically regarding trust accounting and ledger accuracy.
- Reliable home-office setup with high-speed internet connectivity.
