Tanggung Jawab
- Lead daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Drive sales performance through team coaching, performance tracking, and promotional campaign execution
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards while resolving complex client inquiries
- Train and develop sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and Xiaomi brand values
- Monitor store KPIs including sales targets, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Implement loss prevention strategies and maintain compliance with retail policies
- Coordinate with suppliers for inventory replenishment and product promotions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience in consumer electronics or fast-paced retail
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and team leadership
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English proficiency
- Proficient in retail management systems and inventory software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of Xiaomi products or consumer electronics industry is advantageous
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for store operations
