Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain autogate systems to ensure optimal security and operational efficiency
- Diagnose and resolve technical malfunctions in gate automation and IT infrastructure
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on gate equipment and software
- Document system performance logs, maintenance activities, and incident reports
- Provide frontline IT support to staff including hardware/software troubleshooting
- Enforce access control protocols and security procedures for facility entry
- Coordinate with IT department for system upgrades and integration projects
- Train personnel on proper gate operation and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; IT certifications preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in technical support or gate automation
- Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical/mechanical systems and basic IT networks
- Strong analytical skills with attention to operational details
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions during emergencies
- Valid technical certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA) is advantageous
- Basic understanding of security systems and access control technology
- Physical ability to perform equipment inspections and outdoor maintenance
