Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance automation scripts and tools to streamline business operations.
- Identify bottlenecks in existing workflows and engineer automated solutions to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation into current software infrastructure.
- Perform rigorous testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and security of all automated systems.
- Document technical processes and create user-friendly guides for internal stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to improve development standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automation-related issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Automation Programmer or a similar technical role.
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell.
- Solid understanding of API integrations and web automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Puppeteer).
- Exceptional critical thinking skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into efficient code.
- Experience with database management (SQL/NoSQL) and version control systems like Git.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
