Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets in the Cavite region.
- Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities within the automotive sector.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing client accounts to ensure high retention and repeat business.
- Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and automotive market developments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or automotive sales.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Tagalog.
- Must be based in or willing to travel extensively within the Cavite area.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own a vehicle (preferred).
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
