Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and offer BRI Finance products including financing for new cars, used cars, and multi-purpose loans directly to prospective borrowers
- Identify potential clients through various marketing channels and develop effective sales strategies
- Conduct thorough needs assessment to understand clients' financial requirements and present suitable financing options
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Prepare and submit loan applications with complete documentation and follow up on approval status
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of BRI Finance's market share
- Stay updated with the latest automotive financing products, market trends, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of approved loan applications
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma, with preference given to candidates with a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in automotive financing or banking products, is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals effectively
- Proficiency in using sales tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications
- Target-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is advantageous
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required to meet client needs
