Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on Honda motorcycles according to standardized service procedures.
- Diagnose technical issues accurately using advanced diagnostic tools and manual assessment.
- Execute complex engine overhauls, transmission repairs, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with workshop health and safety protocols.
- Provide clear, professional technical explanations to service advisors regarding vehicle status.
- Update service records and digital repair logs accurately for each vehicle managed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Honda product developments and technical service bulletins.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) degree in Automotive Engineering or a related technical field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience as a mechanic, preferably within a motorcycle dealership environment.
- Strong working knowledge of motorcycle mechanical, electrical, and fuel injection systems.
- Proficiency in using specialized automotive diagnostic equipment and hand tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and professional certification (e.g., Honda training certificates) is a significant advantage.
