Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor automotive spare parts sales teams to achieve monthly targets
- Design and conduct training programs for product knowledge and sales techniques
- Identify new customer opportunities and expand market presence in West Java
- Monitor team performance through KPI analysis and provide constructive feedback
- Develop strategic sales initiatives to enhance customer retention and acquisition
- Coordinate with supply chain to ensure optimal inventory levels and product availability
- Prepare weekly sales reports and performance analytics for management review
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive spare parts sales
- Proven track record in team leadership or supervisory roles
- Strong understanding of automotive products and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement
- Ability to create effective training programs for sales staff
- Proficiency in sales CRM software and data analysis tools
