Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deliver technical training programs for automotive air conditioning systems
- Conduct hands-on workshops on AC diagnostics, repair, and maintenance procedures
- Develop engaging training materials including manuals, presentations, and assessment tools
- Evaluate trainee performance through practical tests and theoretical assessments
- Stay updated with latest automotive AC technologies and industry standards
- Maintain training equipment and ensure workshop safety compliance
- Collaborate with engineering teams to align training with product innovations
- Provide mentorship and feedback to enhance technician skill development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive AC systems or technical training
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical systems, and climate control
- Certification in automotive AC technology (ASE or equivalent preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Experience developing training curricula and assessment methodologies
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and workshop equipment
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
