Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain AV hardware such as projectors, screens, and sound systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform regular system diagnostics to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with IT departments to integrate audiovisual systems with network infrastructure.
- Conduct regular audits of AV equipment and manage inventory.
- Provide technical support and training to staff regarding multimedia equipment usage.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all AV installations.
- Assist in the setup and operation of video conferencing and presentation systems for meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in AV system installation and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of VoIP, video conferencing, and display technologies.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in AV technology (e.g., CTS) is a plus.
