In this pivotal role, you will serve as the technical guardian of our talent acquisition ecosystem, ensuring that our Avature Applicant Tracking System (ATS) operates flawlessly to support our global recruitment goals.
As part of our operations team, you will bridge the gap between technical requirements and human resources needs. You will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and optimization of our recruitment platforms, ensuring data integrity and seamless user experiences for recruiters and hiring managers alike. Tanggung Jawab
- Platform Management: Manage the daily operations, configuration, and customization of the Avature ATS to align with Transcom's recruitment strategy.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Provide expert technical support to HR staff, resolving system errors, bugs, and user access issues efficiently.
- Data Integrity: Monitor data quality, perform regular system audits, and execute data migration projects to ensure accurate reporting.
- Workflow Optimization: Collaborate with HR stakeholders to design and implement automated workflows that improve the candidate experience.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce system security protocols and user permission settings to protect sensitive candidate and employee data.
- System Updates: Stay abreast of Avature updates and new features, implementing patches and upgrades to maintain system stability.
- Training: Conduct training sessions for new users and create documentation to guide best practices for the HR team.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a System Administrator or functional consultant, specifically with Avature or a similar ATS platform (e.g., Jobvite, Greenhouse).
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of CRM systems, SQL, and web-based software administration.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and system optimization.
- Language: Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Work Style: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment with high attention to detail.
