As the Team Leader, you will act as the primary point of contact for security operations, ensuring that all staff are well-trained and that the airport environment remains secure against potential threats. Your expertise will be critical in developing and implementing security measures that comply with both international regulations and local aviation authority requirements.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise daily screening operations at airport checkpoints.
- Ensure strict adherence to international and local aviation security regulations (ICAO/AVSEC).
- Conduct regular security audits and inspections to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Train and mentor security officers on proper screening techniques and emergency procedures.
- Manage emergency response plans and coordinate with airport authorities during critical incidents.
- Maintain accurate security logs and reports for regulatory compliance.
- Foster a culture of vigilance and professionalism within the security team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Security Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in aviation security or law enforcement.
- Valid AVSEC certification and knowledge of ICAO standards.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) required.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
