We are seeking a high-caliber AVP of Brand Communication to lead our strategic initiatives within the mass retail sector. In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of our brand identity, ensuring that our presence in physical and digital retail channels remains dominant and highly resonant with our target demographics.
You will be responsible for elevating brand recall and awareness metrics while driving conversion through integrated marketing communication strategies. This position requires a data-driven leader who can bridge the gap between creative storytelling and analytical performance, optimizing our CTRs and ensuring every campaign delivers measurable ROI. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints, navigating the dynamic landscape of the Indonesian retail market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand communication strategies to increase market share in the mass retail segment.
- Monitor and improve brand recognition and recall rates through strategic media placement and creative content.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, specifically CTR and conversion funnels, to optimize marketing spend.
- Lead and mentor the marketing communications team to maintain high standards of creative excellence.
- Manage relationships with key retail partners and external agencies to ensure cohesive brand execution.
- Develop annual brand budgets and ensure all communication activities are aligned with revenue targets.
- Utilize consumer insights and market research to pivot strategies based on shifting retail trends.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in brand management, specifically within mass retail or FMCG industries.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-channel marketing campaigns in the Indonesian market.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in digital analytics tools and consumer behavioral data.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate high-performing teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence senior leadership.
