- Drive sales force performance to achieve cluster-level KPIs and revenue targets.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand market presence.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of financial advisors and sales representatives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partners.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in sales management within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of financial products, specifically insurance and superannuation.
- Excellent analytical skills for performance tracking and forecasting.
