The AVP Communications Circle leads the development and execution of integrated communication strategies aligned with Circle business objectives. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary guardian of our brand voice, bridging the gap between the organization and its diverse stakeholders. You will oversee comprehensive communication plans that drive brand awareness, enhance reputation, and support commercial growth.
As a senior leader, you will be responsible for navigating complex public relations challenges, managing high-profile media engagements, and fostering a culture of transparency. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all digital and traditional platforms. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end strategy for internal and external communications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage and cultivate relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and industry partners.
- Oversee crisis management and reputation protection strategies.
- Direct the development of high-quality content, including press releases, white papers, and internal newsletters.
- Mentor and develop a team of communication specialists to enhance their skill sets.
- Analyze communication metrics and ROI to optimize future strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate communication into all business processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or Business Administration.
- Master’s degree or MBA is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in communications, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing successful communication campaigns and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
