Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the overall financial strategy, planning, and analysis (FP&A) for construction projects.
- Oversee daily financial operations, including general accounting, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
- Manage project cost accounting, monitoring budget vs. actuals for various construction sites.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, BIR filings, and construction-specific tax obligations.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks and ensure asset security.
- Partner with Project Managers to review tender pricing, cost estimates, and procurement strategy.
- Direct treasury management, including cash flow forecasting and banking relationships.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance; CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3-5 years specifically within the construction or real estate development sector.
- Strong proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or industry-specific construction software).
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and Tax regulations.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of finance professionals.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and executive-level reporting skills.
- High level of integrity, professional skepticism, and strategic mindset.
