Join our dynamic team as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources and drive transformative HR strategies across all business units. You'll oversee full-cycle HR operations including recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and compliance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead organizational development initiatives and change management programs
- Oversee talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and performance management systems
- Manage HR budget and optimize operational efficiency
- Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning and organizational design
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in leadership role
- Expert knowledge of Philippine labor laws (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, etc.)
- Proven experience in strategic HR planning and organizational development
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret HR metrics
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics tools
