Are you an experienced product strategist with a passion for Wealth Management and High Net Worth (HNW) propositions? We are seeking a highly skilled AVP of Products & Propositions to join a prestigious financial institution via Recruit Express for an 8-month contract.
In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in the end-to-end product lifecycle, focusing on the development and deployment of sophisticated wealth solutions. You will collaborate closely with distribution channels to ensure that our propositions are not only market-leading but also effectively communicated and integrated into our broader portfolio.
This position requires a strategic thinker who can balance regulatory requirements with client-centric innovation, ensuring our HNW offerings stand out in a competitive financial landscape.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies tailored for the Wealth and HNW segments.
- Drive the end-to-end rollout of new propositions across diverse distribution channels.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance, to ensure seamless product integration.
- Manage the product roadmap and ensure alignment with the overarching business objectives.
- Support the design of marketing collateral and sales training materials to boost product adoption.
- Monitor product performance post-launch and implement data-driven improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in product management or propositions, specifically within Wealth Management or Private Banking.
- Strong understanding of HNW client needs and investment product structures.
- Proven track record in managing product lifecycles and large-scale project rollouts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence senior leadership.
- Deep knowledge of Singapore’s financial regulatory landscape and compliance standards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle complex analytical tasks.
